Baylor Solar Energy has collaborated with First Associates Loan Servicing to provide loan servicing for expanding solar lease and power purchase agreement asset portfolio.

Under the partnership, First Associates will provide effective servicing solutions including SSAE 16 audit services, online automated underwriting, as well as regulatory risk and compliance services to Baylor Solar Energy.

With the partnership, Baylor Solar Energy claims its servicing platform has reinforced by expanded customer account monitoring and service, customer payments processing and reporting.

Baylor Solar Energy offers more cost effective energy solution, under which a solar system is being installed at no upfront cost to customers, who however make monthly payments that are less than what they are paying right now.

Baylor Solar Energy chairman, president and CEO Andrew Duggan said the company receives an important solution from First Associates that would help best serve its customers in Hawaii.
