LONGi announces the signing of a distributor appointment and new sales agreement with Swedish distributor Senergia for the supply of 9.2 MW of itsย  high efficiency Hi-MO4 modules.

Senergia is a specialized wholesaler in solar energy distributing products that create solar energy in Sweden, Norway and Finland.

The agreement includes around 25,000 PV modules of various power: 23,400 pieces of 370 W and 1,320 pieces of 440 W. The modules will be delivered to the Finnish city of Oulu, where they will be distributed and installed in commercial projects (retail facilities) around Finland.

Hi-MO4 series uses the new M6 wafer size (166mm) and is fast becoming the module of choice in PV as it offers a high power conversion efficiency rate. Even considering the slightly larger size, the modules are easy to install, thanks to their weight optimisation which makes them suitable for rooftop applications. Moreover, thanks to the higher output, the same number of modules installed in the limited space of a roof delivers substantially higher power. This means less installation time and improved efficiency, which considerably reduces overall installation costs.

The agreement was entered into between Senergiaโ€™s subsidiary in Finland, Senergia Suomi Oy y Oulun Sรคhkรถnmyynti, part of the Oulun Energia group, This is the first collaboration between Senergia and LONGi; and both parties will work to deepen the relationship and understanding further.

The combination of high efficiency modules from LONGi based on cutting-edge technology, combined with excellent service and high commitment of LONGi sales team, are key factors when opting for LONGi“, says Thomas Lithner, CEO of Senergia. “We welcome Senergia as a new partner and are very proud to have signed this sales agreement. We trust this first collaboration opens the door to further development of PV projects in North Europe. LONGi always aims to provide our clients with the highest quality and most competitive solar products, to fulfil our commitment to delivering clean and sustainable energy around the world.”, says Nick Wang, Sales Director EMEA at LONGi.
