With the recent announcement by the central government of China that events may be held from July 1 onward, Hyve Group, the organisers of CWIEME Shanghai, confirmed that CWIEME Shanghai will take place as planned at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center in Shanghai, from 29-31 July.

“China was the first to feel the effects of the pandemic, but it is also the first to begin the steps to recovery. We are seeing business opportunities for the domestic manufacturing industry on the rise and are excited to support the industry in their post-pandemic approach to establish more localised supply chains while keeping visibility to international markets,” said Nick Davison, CWIEME Portfolio Director. “Our new format will bring the local marketplace together in our physical exhibition, while digitally connecting international visitors, exhibitors and experts. This will open opportunities not only for China, but throughout Asia and the world.”

This year, attendees and exhibitors will benefit from the extra opportunity to grow their business with CWIEME Matchmaking– for the first time, connecting local and international visitors with relevant suppliers based on product interests to create successful business opportunities.

Further additions to the omnichannel offer before, during and after the July show to connect and inform the local and global community are CWIEME Live – a series of APAC specific and global webinars, CWIEME Intelligence – a monthly series of thought-leading industry reports offering the most comprehensive and up-to-date analysis on key industry topics, and CWIEME News – our bi-monthly newsletter. More information will be available on our website shortly.
