As the largest trade fair of its kind, the Intersolar is a reliable indicator of trends. One of the current trends is a much stronger focus on storage solutions for PV systems. Vestwoods, a storage specialist who is already successfully active in South Africa, India, Korea and Japan, will exhibit in Munich this year – and is likely to shake up the markets in Germany with innovative and affordable solutions.

Vestwoods is already well established in many countries such as South Africa, Japan, Korea and India – for obvious reasons. The manufacturer of storage solutions for PV systems develops and produces everything in-house, from hardware and software to quality assurance, which sets Vestwoods apart from other providers. As a result, Vestwoods can react flexibly to new trends and individual customer requests – at prices that are far below those for PV storage solutions that are currently available on the market. Even private users can save thousands of euros with Vestwoodsโ€™ domestic product range – just on the storage solution for their PV system. This will make PV storage solutions affordable for many potential users for the first time, which will further fuel demand for photovoltaic systems in Germany. Installers and dealers who offer Vestwoods products can also benefit from the new offering.

Quick delivery, low prices and a 10-year guarantee

In addition to batteries, inverters, UPS backup systems and all-in-one solutions for private end users, the company also develops and produces storage solutions for the industrial and telecommunications sectors. The fact that Vestwoods already supplies and supports some of the largest network operators in other countries such as India and South Africa is a testament to the high quality of the storage solutions. Still, the prices will be up to 30 percent lower in both, the home and industrial segments, compared to the storage solutions for PV systems currently available in Germany. In addition, Vestwoods can deliver promptly – within four weeks for domestic solutions – and even respond to some individual customer requests. A ten-year guarantee should also help Vestwoods to quickly gain a foothold in Germany.

โ€œOur storage solutions are very effective and offer a unique price-performance ratio,โ€ says Georg Steimel, who, as an experienced industry expert, supports Vestwoods with the market launch in Germany. โ€œThe costs for photovoltaic solutions are currently still too high for many people. This is going to change with Vestwoods,โ€ emphasizes Steimel.

For the market launch in Germany, a distributor has already been found in Osnatech. โ€œOur next goal is to build up a large-scale sales and service network in Germany and Europe with the help of other dealers and distributors,โ€ says Steimel, who will be at Intersolar together with the top management from China.

A selection of the storage solutions offered by Vestwoods will be on display at EES Europe – which is part of Intersolar / โ€œThe smarter E Europeโ€ – in hall 3 (stand C3.459).
