Strategic Oversight and Regional Development
The Department of Finance has been tasked with managing the investor selection process to ensure transparency and legal compliance. Song Lam Hydropower Investment Joint Stock Company and XCE Energy Joint Stock Company are the respective proponents for these renewable energy developments.
The Ca Mau wind power projects are expected to enhance the province’s local power supply infrastructure and support long-term economic development in the coastal region through the expansion of renewable energy assets. Each project has been granted a 50-year operating period from the date of official land allocation or investor approval.
