As you know, for several months now, we have been going through an unprecedented global health crisis, the first consequence for WNE being its postponement from June to December 2020.

Throughout this exceptional and singular period, we have communicated very regularly with the global civil nuclear community. Our determination to maintain the show went hand in hand with the necessary appreciation of our ability to mobilize the International nuclear actors. Since the beginning of September, the evolution of the pandemic, the closing of borders and the setting up of 14-day quarantines, particularly in Europe, have made it impossible for too many of them to attend WNE in December.

GIFEN Services and Reed Expositions France therefore took the tough decision today not to hold WNE in December 2020.
Placed under the theme of decarbonation, this very promising edition of December could not live up to your expectations and to our ambitions for the event and for the world nuclear industry this year.

We are currently exploring all opportunities to postpone WNE focusing on the 4th quarter of 2021 and we will be committed to preserving the key principles that have made WNE successful in the past and have constituted its DNA since 2014: the quality of its International audience, the business leads generation and the promotion of nuclear expertise and innovation.

All the team that works every day for the success of WNE thanks its sponsors, its exhibitors, its institutional and press partners, its visitors, and its service providers for their commitment and precious support. We look forward to meeting them very soon to inform them of the dates and place of this 4th edition of WNE.

Connect with the world nuclear industry at WNE, the first platform dedicated to the global civil nuclear community!
